方法： 字体的SIZE 定义参考附件的TOOL 红色标志, 将MVF（MStar_ATSC.mvf） LOAD 后 填写对应的SIZE, 然后下面就会有宽度和高度, 填写到MApp_LoadFontInit.c里面的
