828修改CPU频率：

路径路径：device\mstar\arbutus\preinstall\cpu_dvfs_scaling.sh

在线路径：system/bin/cpu_dvfs_scaling.sh

benchmark_boost_client_id=64

benchmark_boost_freq=1500000

launch_boost_client_id=128

launch_boost_freq=1400000

launch_boost_duration=5

如果DVFS打开的话，关于CPU频率，有分为几个过程，一个是开机过程，一个是开机完成后，其它还有根据CPU loading不同而动态改变CPU 频率，这些在MStar平台的kernel里面以dvfs相关文件可查看到。

直接修改system/bin/cpu_dvfs_scaling.sh，就可以吗？
